These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of used outboard motors from PE Outboards Pty Ltd in Carrum Downs, Victoria. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

By using our website or making a purchase from PE Outboards, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products & Descriptions

• All outboard motors are pre-owned unless stated otherwise.
• We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications, and available testing information for each product.
• Normal wear and tear, age-related characteristics, and cosmetic imperfections may be present on used outboard motors.
• Where applicable, available testing information and condition reports are provided to help customers assess the product before purchase.
• Products are sold subject to the rights and guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law and any specific warranty stated on the applicable product page.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Available payment options will be displayed at checkout or confirmed by our sales team.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping may be available across Australia on selected items, as stated on the relevant product listing.
• International shipping may be available for selected products. Contact us for a freight quote.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the freight provider, destination, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is suitable for receiving heavy freight and that appropriate unloading equipment is available where required.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty matters are governed by our Warranty Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, together with the rights and guarantees available to customers under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers should verify compatibility, specifications, and suitability for their boat before purchase.
• Customers should have the outboard motor professionally inspected and installed by a suitably qualified marine technician.
• Customers should follow the applicable manufacturer's installation, operation, servicing, and maintenance requirements.
• Customers should ensure that the outboard motor is suitable for their intended application before installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PE Outboards is not liable for loss or damage arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
